The venue is spacious and fairly clean with a decent value and lovely and awesome staff. The café bar is excellent, enjoyed this place. The service is helpful, includes ample parking. It is undoubtedly an incredibly beautiful and nice option when in Auckland.

It was surely a fabulous stay with a wedding at the restaurant. The hotel was a right place for enjoying a nice area, really close to good food outlets and central and south Auckland and cafes, superette and restaurants right on the doorstep.

we had an awesome time. that was nice hotel set in pretty nice area, close to the shop, gym, restaurant, petrol station and sylvia park and manukau and botany and symons st. the location was great and incredible and the room was fairly clean. manukau district was worth staying in. the studio suite had all necessary amenities. the private parking was nearby, helpful service.

The bed was quiet and the room was fantastic & perfect. There were iron and ironing board, a work desk, and an electric kettle provided.

The location was not ideal for exploring the city and public transportation was not easily accessible on weekends. The room was not well-maintained, with dirty bathroom sinks and missed vacuuming in some areas.

Had a great Christmas stay! The staff were amazing and so helpful. Loved the complementary hot chocolate and Christmas cookies in the lobby, it made us feel so festive. The location was perfect, really close to all the shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed watching movies on the smart TV in our room, super easy to navigate.

That the keys kept getting demagnetized and we constantly had to go back to reception to get them fixed. It was a bit of a hassle, especially when we were in a hurry.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The bed in our room was top-notch and we had a great night's sleep. The location, though in an industrial area, was perfect for us as it was close to our friends and the motorway ramps. The amenities in our room were fantastic- we were able to do laundry, cook meals and even had a spot to sit and eat. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a huge bonus!
